Leslie Ott and Elizabeth Westerman are graduates of the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. They combined their efforts in 1990 to establish a rapidly-growing glass studio, Detroit Glass Company. Their emphasis is on creating beautiful objects of art that are both functional and affordable.
