In the hands of Gail
Chavenelle metal becomes as light and fluid as the air surrounding it.
Informed by a fascination with paper sculpture, Gail cuts, bends and folds
single sheets of metal to create kinetic forms that appear to bounce, dance and
fly in the breeze. Contrary to the material's inherent sharp and rigid
qualities, Gail creates organic figures that are soft and fluid, forms that come
to life in celebration of love, family, success, and even loss. Sizes
range from tabletop treasures to sculptures large enough to grace your outdoor
environment.
We are eager to share
these beautiful sculptures with you, some are available now and others will be
available at
Gail Chavenelle's
Sculptural Metal Show
on
April 17
Please plan to visit us soon. |
